• However, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct or update any details without prior notice.
• Please note: Certain USA-imported products may not carry warranties valid in India. Details of applicable warranties are outlined in our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.

4. Orders and Payment

• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, or as specified at checkout).
• You will receive an order confirmation via email; however, this does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Delivery (USA Warehouse): Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days from the date of shipment.
• Quick Delivery (India Warehouse): Estimated delivery within 3 business days from the date of shipment.
  
• Thedoveberry Trading LLP is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen events, or factors beyond our control.
• We currently do not offer international shipping.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranties

• We offer a 15-day seller warranty from the date of delivery for most products.
• Warranty is not applicable for USA-imported products in India, unless explicitly stated.
• In special cases after 15 days, Thedoveberry Trading LLP may bear 50% of re-import costs (export charges, customs duty, and international shipping) while the customer bears the other half.
• Returns and refunds must follow the process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
